Please note:  Weights are based on gross weight of purchases (eg a 220g (net) jar of Vegemite actually weighs 390g). Please note that not all of these services are available to all countries.
According to Australia Post, the following delivery times will apply:

Airmail
Delivery within 3-10 business days depending upon destination.

Economy Air
As of September 2006 Economy Airmail delivery is no longer available as Australia Post have discontinued this service.

Express Courier International
Delivery within 3-5 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.  A tracking service is available to most destinations via the Australia Post website.  We will email tracking information to you within 48 hours of your parcel being dispatched.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times of Australia Post services which may be delayed if parcels are subject to customs inspection, or due to seasonal peak periods. If you would prefer an alternative method of delivery, please email us at customerservice@greataussiefood.com.au and we will provide a quote.
If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please include your company name in the address details to ensure prompt delivery.

Customs
We  are required to state the contents and value of each parcel dispatched. Customs duties may be payable and are the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver of the order.  We advise checking with your local customs agency before placing an order as we do not provide a refund when items are refused due to customs regulations.

Please also note that customs may open or inspect your order which may result in a delay.

Returned Parcels
Parcels returned due to no fault of Great Aussie Food (i.e. an incorrectly given or incomplete address, parcel not collected from post office, refused delivery etc) will only be resent at the customers expense.   Food items are unable to be resent and we do not provide a refund in these circumstances.  We strongly advise if you are sending a gift that you confirm the delivery address prior to placing your order as we are unable to redirect parcels once they are in transit.

Packaging
Where possible Great Aussie Food use recycled, biodegradable packaging.  Unfortunately, food items can not be gift wrapped as our products are packaged to ensure that they are able to withstand the rigours of domestic, international and courier delivery. 

Australian Delivery
We now provide Australian delivery using Australia Post and charges are based on the weight of your parcel and your destination postcode.
